April 2021 Virtual Members’ Meeting
Members met virtually for our April 2021 Members’ Meeting on 13 April 2021.

COVID – One year on:
WayAhead Workplaces are excited to bring together our members for our April meeting in a different way to ever before. This meeting will be focused entirely on sharing case studies from the past 12 months since the global pandemic hit.
The workplace health and wellbeing sector has been significantly impacted by this pandemic in dozens of ways. The SuperFriend, “Indicators of a Thriving Workplace report” tells us that mental health conditions have increased across working Australia since the pandemic, with 60% of Australia’s workforce experiencing a mental health condition, up from 2019. On top of this, the shape and face of the traditional workplace has changed forever.
This event is an opportunity for our members to share how their workplace looked pre February 2020, what happened when things started to change in March, and what has happened since then. We will dive into some examples of workplaces and what the challenges looked like and any key learnings along the way.

We have always been about creating space for members to come together, share ideas, learnings, resources and to enhance the workplace health and wellbeing sector. Now that the world is more virtual, the face-to-face networking opportunities are more limited, so we are providing a way to get to know other WayAhead Workplace members beyond the quarterly meetings.
