New Zealand Mental Health Conference

November 21, 2019

New Zealand Mental Health Conference

The inaugural New Zealand Mental Health Conference is taking place on 16-17 March 2020 in Christchurch.

Over two days, you will hear from a selection of influential professionals sharing case studies, insights, experiences, challenges and developments in New Zealand and Australia’s mental health sector.

We encourage Australian organisations to join us in New Zealand for this stimulating and meaningful conference.

WayAhead Workplaces members receive an exclusive $50 discount – email Lynley for the code lynley.hurst@wayahead.org.au

As the Australian & New Zealand Mental Health Association’s first event in New Zealand, they have specially selected Christchurch as the host city to best represent the country’s community spirit, unity, strength and resilience in times of trauma and recovery.

In showcasing acknowledgement and respect for everybody impacted by the traumatic events taken place in Christchurch throughout 2010, 2011 and 2019, the 2020 program is designed to highlight the overarching theme of Trauma and Recovery.

Hear from more than 50 presenters, network with fellow mental health professionals, and unite with a community passionate about helping others in a city that has experienced great challenges to its resilience.
