Tier 1: Online for Rural and Interstate Organisations receive access to the following resources

Online Workplace Resource Library
We have spent a great deal of time developing our online workplace health resource library to ensure our members have access to the latest information and tools to help them do their best possible work in workplace health and wellbeing. Our library includes all our speakers’ presentations from both the Sydney and Brisbane network meetings over the last ten years. We also have conference and event day calendars to help you plan your year. We have over 900 resources listed and members will be able to browse selections of articles, blogs, case studies, workplace health tools and reports and research or search by 25 different topic tags such as stress and resilience, leadership and management, sleep, workplace health and safety and mental health.
All our members are encouraged to sign up to our eNews by entering your name in the box on our home page. This is a way that we communicate with our members between our meetings. We draw your attention to any new developments with our program, events in the sector, conference discounts and the latest research and resources.
We approach our contacts to negotiate the best deal we can for our members to attend the latest workplace health and wellbeing workshops and conferences, particularly around Sydney and Brisbane where our networks are based. Conferences can be expensive so the discounts are to try and make attending them more affordable for you, and to enable our members to have access to best practice and thinking in a particular area. They are also great networking opportunities for you to connect with other people in the sector outside of the WayAhead Workplaces network.

Your membership entitles you to attend our quarterly, half day meetings are held in February, April, September and November. If you are a Tier 4 large business you can bring up to 3 people to our meetings under the one membership. The purpose of these meetings is to provide a range of expert guest speakers covering various topics on workplace health and wellbeing over the course of the year. These meetings are a great way for members to keep up to date with the research and work going on in the sector. They provide examples of best practice, opportunities to learn from case studies and opportunities to regularly network with other like-minded professionals.
Annual Members Forum
The Annual Members’ Forum is an all-day event where we invite guest speakers to present on our chosen theme of the day. We also encourage some of our members to present case studies of their work. The second half of the day has an interactive element such as a panel discussion, which is focused on our chosen theme with the chance for attendees to ask questions of our expert panelists. Representatives from government usually attend as special guests as well. This event is a great opportunity to mix with people from different sectors and share ideas.
