The NSW Mentally Healthy Workplaces Strategy 2018 -22 is the NSW Government’s long-term plan for mentally healthy workplaces and represents the single-biggest investment in workplace mental health in the nation’s history. The strategy includes:
- An awareness campaign, including website, to motivate and supports businesses to create mentally healthy workplaces
- Evidence-informed interventions including manager training, a group mental health skills program and a recovery at work program
- Assessment tools and increased collaboration opportunities to build business capability
- Research investment to improve the knowledge base and build workplace capability to use evidence-informed decisions.
