The government is stressing it is serious about mental health in the workplace

Sharon Leadbetter, WayAhead Workplaces Coordinator, recently spoke to Prime7

Sharon's comments were regarding a new strategy announced by NSW Minister for Innovation and Better Regulation, Matt Kean, to support better mental health in the workplace.

With mental health-related absenteeism estimated to cost the NSW economy $1.5 billion a year, the focus is important for increasing productivity.
