Since our inception in 2006, Wayahead Workplaces has believed that improving mental health outcomes within Australian organisations comes through collective effort. Gathering business leaders and passionate individuals who are actively engaged in improving the wellbeing of their organisations, we discover, collaborate, and innovate together to make Australia a healthier place.
Our Contribution to the Sector
Wayahead Workplaces works to improve the quality of workplace mental health in Australia. We do this by supporting, connecting, up-skilling, educating, and resourcing professionals in the sector.
As a peer-to-peer network, we bring our members together several times a year. Members connect with experts and industry leaders, hear high-quality insights and best practice interventions, and stay up-to-date with the latest news, resources, and research.
We aim to equip our members with the skills, resources, and confidence to not only meet their organisational goals, but advance their careers, and confidently navigate this complex, quickly evolving sector.
Wayahead also has various programs directed towards promoting mental health directly to workers within Australia. Wayahead Workplaces also acts as the co-chair of the NSW Workplace Mental Health Network alongside key sector bodies including SafeWork NSW, SIRA, Comcare, and Black Dog Institute.
