Our history

Small Steps was created to respond to a growing need in the community, with increasing recognition that children can show signs of anxiety from a very young age. Developed by WayAhead’s Anxiety Reference Group, this program has been running successfully across NSW for more than 20 years.

Small Steps in the Workplace

The training is tailored for parents and caregivers in the workplace to give employees the opportunity to increase their knowledge of this important topic. Sessions are delivered by experienced facilitators with lived experience expertise.

This seminar runs for 90 minutes including time for audience Q&A, and can be held before, during, or after work hours. A condensed, 60-minute session is available if required (e.g. for Lunch & Learns).
